You and 25 guests (or up to 45 in the summer with extra bell tents) can enjoy hot tubs and saunas overlooking the lake, outdoor dining under the stars, dancing in your very own secret festival venue, peacock and kingfisher spotting, creating masterpieces in the outdoor pizza oven, a spot of table tennis, a snooze in a hammock, the best sleepover ever and so much more…
Discover our unique accommodation across multiple quirky spaces. The Lake House (a Sussex Barn conversion) Sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, colourful cabin Wendy House (not so tiny! sleeps 4-6) The unique Shepherds Hut has it's own bathroom Hut and outdoor area.
We have been host to the most fabulous parties including milestone birthdays, hen parties, retreats, divorce parties, joint celebrations, end of summer fiestas and so many more. We also specialise in festival weddings for which we offer a special package for 120 guests which includes a wedding reception marquee by our sister company Arabian Tents.

Hire Wonderland for your group stay
The Spa Deck is situated just down from the space across the lawn, next to the lake, and contains a 10-person wood-fired Hot Tub, a 6-person wood-fired Sauna, a shower (in the form of an up-turned boat!), a giant chess set, and a floating pontoon with lilly pads around it when they are in season.
Both the Hot Tub and Sauna are brought to temperature for your group when booked, with additional wood left for you to keep them going as long as you wish to, and the Spa Deck can be added to your booking for £250 per group, per day.

Our Secret Festival tent is hidden inside an old barn… From the outside it looks like a farm building, but once inside you are transported to an underground nightclub, a real festival of delights!
Draped with exotic marquee linings by Arabian Tents and furnished with a dance floor, disco ball, a bar, lights, chilllout seating, an ibiza quality sound system and many quirky props from our festival years, this is the perfect space to let loose and get juicy.
