Surrounded by nature, free roaming peacocks and a lake side hot tub and sauna it is the perfect place to let go, relax and unwind.
Our colourful and eclectic Tiny House (called the Wendy House after our first house-sitter, Wendy) sleeps 4 in 2 mezzanine bedrooms.
Outside, the courtyard is equipped with Pizza oven, outdoor dining, lounge area with fire bowl, outdoor music and a bbq. The lake house on the other side of the courtyard can be booked alongside the tiny house for larger groups.
All set in breath-taking lakeside prairie-style gardens with surprises round every corner; trampoline, swings, hammock, Treehouse, kayak and stepping stones across the lake…
The Tiny House has two mezzanine bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs.
TV and bluetooth music system.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The indoor kitchen facilities include toaster, microwave, kettle and sink overlooking the lake.
Outdoors there is a pizza oven and BBQ for outdoor cooking. Across the courtyard is the Lake House which can be booked together for larger groups.
Outside guests can enjoy the entertaining courtyard with table tennis, pizza oven, outdoor dining and BBQ.
The lake is used for swimming and exploring and we have a boat to use whenever you wish.
The double-decker tree-house makes for a lovely viewing spot over the South Downs up top, or down below for relaxed hanging out in the sunshine.

Larger Groups can book both the tiny house and the lake house opposite to accommodate a total of 12.
The Lake House has roll-top bath and lake-views.
2nd bedroom has double bed, opening onto a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk-style cabins.
The single room downstairs has a cabin-bed and the living area has a sofa-bed as does the Master Bedroom to accommodate larger groups.
The Spa Deck is situated just down from the space across the lawn, next to the lake, and contains a 10-person wood-fired Hot Tub, a 6-person wood-fired Sauna, a shower (in the form of an up-turned boat!), a giant chess set, and a floating pontoon with lilly pads around it when they are in season.
Both the Hot Tub and Sauna are brought to temperature for your group when booked, with additional wood left for you to keep them going as long as you wish to, and the Spa Deck can be added to your booking for £250 per group, per day.
