Discover 2 quirky spaces to retreat into - accommodating 12 people accross a cosy Rustic Barn conversion which sleeps 7 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 twin, as well as a colourful and eclectic Tiny House (called the Wendy House after our first house-sitter Wendy) that sleeps 4 in 2 mezzanine bedrooms.
These two spaces are connected across an outdoor courtyard complete with Pizza oven, outdoor dining, lounge area with firebowl, outdoor music and bbq.
All set in breath-taking lakeside prairie-style gardens, lake-side Spa deck with Hot Tub and sundowner seating, trampoline, swings, hammock and Treehouse.
The Lake House has a master bedroom in the Lake House has roll-top bath and lake-views.
2nd bedroom has double bed, opening onto a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk-style cabins.
The single room downstairs has a cabin-bed and the living area has a sofa-bed as does the Master Bedroom to accommodate larger groups.
The Tiny House has two mezzanine bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs.
Across the two spaces there are 3 bathrooms.
Other facilities include a large fridge-freezer and dishwasher in the Lake House, music systems in both houses as well as outside in the Courtyard, and a TV in the Wendy House.
Outside guests can enjoy the entertaining courtyard between the space .
Both houses have direct views onto the lake, as well as a double-decker tree-house which makes for a lovely viewing spot over the South Downs up top, or down below for relaxed hanging out in the sunshine.
The Spa Deck is situated just down from the space across the lawn, next to the lake, and contains a 10-person wood-fired Hot Tub, a 6-person wood-fired Sauna, a shower (in the form of an up-turned boat!), a giant chess set, and a floating pontoon with lilly pads around it when they are in season.
Both the Hot Tub and Sauna are brought to temperature for your group when booked, with additional wood left for you to keep them going as long as you wish to, and the Spa Deck can be added to your booking for £250 per group, per day.
